Terms of Service

The Site is a pre-launch page for an upcoming travel app. It lets you join a waitlist to be notified when the app becomes available. The app itself is not yet available.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive access to the app, early access, any specific feature, any particular pricing, or any particular launch date. We may change, delay, limit, or cancel the waitlist or the app at any time without liability to you. Any launch timing we mention is an estimate, not a promise.

You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address that you control, and to use the Site only for its intended purpose. You agree not to: submit other people's email addresses without permission; submit false, automated, or bulk signups; attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest data from the Site; or reverse engineer any part of it.

The Site, the Camino name, the Camino logo, and all content on the Site are owned by Camino Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you no license to our trademarks or content beyond viewing the Site for its intended purpose. The only information you provide is your email address and signup source, and you confirm you have the right to provide it.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any launch will occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camino Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or from joining the waitlist. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

We may modify these Terms or discontinue the Site at any time. If you continue to use the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. We may remove your waitlist entry at any time, and you may ask us to remove it at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or Peru, you may retain mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
